i always find what people eat extremely interesting.
what is in your fridge? what do you buy at the grocery store? what do you grow in your garden? what do you order at cheesecake factory? i want to know it allllll.
so, i figured other people are most likely a little curious too!
now remember, people share things they are proud of. rarely do we post about our failures. rarely.
or maybe it’s just me. trust me, if i had pizza rolls & gummy bears in my grocery cart, i wouldn’t be doing this post. trust me haha.
so what did i get? here we go . . .
i bought a few new things that i literally have never consumed: parsnips & beets.
tomorrow morning i’m gonna try this liver loving juice by joyous health:
1 large beet
2-3 medium carrots
thumb size of fresh ginger
i’m scared, i’m not gonna lie. beets? parsnips? i have NO clue how they even taste, so we shall see. i hate the word liver, btw.
so . . . my diet, meaning the food i typically consume day-to-day, is vegetarian but heavy on the vegan side. basically, i only eat tuna & shrimp & cheese. the rest includes fruits, veggies, quinoa, nuts, etc. etc. you know, the normal plant-based diet.
it’s all mumbo-jumbo to some people, which i totally understand. i don’t like being labelled as a vegetarian, pescetarian, vegan, hippie . . . i just eat what i know is healthy, i fail a lot, & that’s about it.
here’s my question:
what do beets & parsnips taste like? am i gonna hate this liver loving juice in the morning?
