step one: buy your entire outfit for under $5
step two: find one of your thrifty shirts to throw over one of your thrifty dresses.
step three: roll said thrifty shirt up so it looks like it’s the top of said thrifty dress.
step four: ask photographer if he knew it was a shirt over a dress.
step five: smile pretty when he says “oh cool!”
step six: creepily walk towards said photographer to check & make sure the pictures so far don’t look ridiculous.
step seven: act really surprised when said photographer starts taking more pictures.
step eight: notice something on the ground.
step nine: belly-laugh
step ten: suddenly get very serious & contemplative.
step eleven: remember that thing on the ground?
step eleven: start dancing
step twelve: attack photographer again.
🙂
so today’s outfit is a huge trick. i loved how it turned out! each item was purchased on separate thrifting trips – & i love how they all compliment each other. if you have a more revealing dress – throw a tank over it like i did here. it honestly was the best solution!
yay for spring! & yay for my amazing photographer. & yay for date nights! & yay for birthdays! & yay for sunsets.
